What's the difference between your estimate and the insurance company's estimate?

An initial insurance estimate is often a preliminary assessment written to a price point, sometimes using generic parts or overlooking hidden damage. Our estimate is a comprehensive repair plan designed to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition following strict manufacturer guidelines. If we find hidden damage after starting repairs (which is common), we document it and submit a 'supplemental' claim to the insurer for approval. We handle this entire process to ensure a complete and safe repair.
